Can't be much worse. At least then I would think the staff was trying. I feel like I put more time in planning to come from NWLA to the game than the staff does to play the game.

You say he couldn't start at Purdue like that's something bad. LSU is THE WORST school in America when it comes to developing a qb. Maybe Etling being at a different school will have him somewhat removed from Cam Cameron and Les Miles enough to where he can lead an offense. I'd take a backup from Purdue over a starter at LSU any fricking day of the week.

Baw, we had plenty of QB issues before Cameron. Cameron at least headed the only decent offense from Les Miles since 2008.

Miles comment today about Harris not getting it done in live action goes along with what I heard was the OL's perception of Harris this fall: he has not turned the corner; we have little confidence that he will.
This from a guy who spent some social time around the OL.
