It's not blindly. It's fricking logically. No NCAA next year and I agree he should be gone.

Thank goodness we had Bob Brodhead instead of you considering whether to get rid of Jack Lamabe and hire Skip Bertman back in 1984

Like TJ or not and I'm indifferent, but his road to building a basketball program is 25-50 times harder than what Skip faced cause of how much more competitive college basketball is now when compared to how competitive college baseball was 25 years ago. imo

We have been to the NCAAs like 5 times in 17 years or so. Long gone are the days we danced every year.

Another year doesn't seem like a big deal to me, but each to our own.

I really hope so!

I hope not.

I would rather have TJ be successful than go to our 3rd coach in 4 to 5 years.

It's NCAA or bust next year and everyone knows that

Do you have inside information on this or are you just pulling it out of your arse? There has been absolutely no indication from Trent Johnson or anybody else associated with LSU that an NCAA tournament appearance is expected next year. The only thing I've heard from anyone is a quote from Alleva saying he wouldn't fire Trent Johnson if he lost 20 games in a row.

I firmly believe that at this time next year, we will be having exactly the same discussion and the whole time line will have been pushed back a year...again.

I think people are forgetting that one of the main goals for the hire was to clean up the APR issue. I think one of the reasons that the administration is happier than the typical fan is that TJ has done a good gob with the academics.

Most fans care only about the wins and losses. I hope he can find some middle ground where we are not on the APR emergency list but we are competing in the SEC and NCAA.
