I'm not saying we need to blow everyone out the water, but a solid 4 quarter performance really isn't too much to ask out of Miles.

GTFO with this nonsense. It was so rare that it we did it almost every game this year. We came to play a full game against UGA, gave Bama all we were capable of giving them, and won all our other games.
There were maybe two games where we didn't play like we should, and we still won one of them after losing Mett.

Not sure why you ever would think we would "blow out" Iowa. They are 5-3 in the Big Ten, so similar to us, especially without a proven starter playing his first full game at QB.
Look at recent Big 10-SEC matchups in the Outback Bowl...Big 10 and SEC seem to matchup pretty well.
Iowa is a very scrappy blue-collar team.

Just wanted to pull the camera back and ask some here why in the first place you think that Iowa is so lowley? Have you seen Iowa play? Did they get the benefit of pre-season rankings only to fall (like so many SEC teams).

But the simple fact remains, Iowa has done nothing this year that should make LSU scared. LSU can't just sleep walk and expect to win, but LSU should win if they try at all. It is what it is.

Just curious, doesn't matter really, except that some folks like me attend every home game and most away games (UGA, Bama included) and have a real stake in this program want it to be as great as can be not just blind love for CLM. And no he is not going anywhere soon unless the ticket sales start to dwindle in TS which has little chance of occurring just want him to be close to perfect for the $ he is getting like i am expected on mine.

Not saying you or anyone less of a T Fan for not, this would be ignorant; but because we spend a little extra $ (3,000/yr home) plus the road expenses and the time and effort we are entittled to throw out some constructive criticism of the coaching staff that is obvious to the rest of the national perception. CLM record speaks for itself as I said fully support him but if you don't see some mental lapses in some periods of the games you have to be blind and this is just part of his MO. However, doesn't mean we shouldn't expect him to try to improve on this and he even addmitted as such after OM debacle!
