Why? How is that not a legitimate question? Is there a concern that the way O runs the show may end up causing us to have sanctions?

All I will say is that just a few years ago, the board consensus was that having O near our program would be detrimental.

Yes. Especially if Kiffin joins. These two seem to be magnets for investigations.

Now we're btching about sht that every coach in America could face. How the hell do you know Herman didn't slide Ed Oliver money on signing day?

You don't know what any of these coaches are doing. Every coach will go as far as they can to get recruits and gain a competitive advantage although some will go beyond.

He's been around college athletes a long time and I can't remember him being involved with anything but good old fashioned being himself.

There should be. But remember we should be positive because people here are sensitive to different opinions.

No. O is good man and recruits with integrity. Lane is also a good man. He's just a little competitive

NCAA does not seem to have any teeth left. Might as well join in if there are no repurcussions.

LSU Administration usually is on top of everything. Feel very confident that they continue to stay out of trouble with NCAA. Eddie Nunez, Verge Ausberry along with Miriam Segar (Huge in the Akiem Hicks case) do a really good job in the AD.

No but I am concerned that it will lead to stupid threads on the Rant.

Everyone hated Frank Wilson when he was involved too but loved him here.

Is there concern of an Orgeron head coaching stint that could lead to sanctions with Lane Kiffin as the Offensive Coordinator?

With Kiffin? Absolutely.

Why?

If Kiffin didn't meet Al Davis' level of measuring honesty, how can he ever meet the standards of the NCAA?
