He has been offered a contract as an equipment manager, washing jockstraps. But he declined because he kept fumbling them on the way to the washer.

Do you think he will be able to read offenses better than he was able to read defenses?

Me too. not because it really matters though.

If you really see him going as a saftey, I have to wonder what your wonderlic would be.

I said months ago JJ would never throw A pass for an NFL team. Not in a game. Not in a preseason game and probably not even in a practice. I considered his odds of being signed as an UDFA to be about 2%.

I considered JLs odds of being signed as an UDFA to be about 100%.

People laughed. THEY were wrong.

I was going to ask if JJ had been signed as an undrafted free agent yet. I knew lee had.

So I assume he has not?

I don't know why anyone would want to pay to have cancer on their team, but I have seen crazier things happen.

Jefferson getting drafted as high as third round by some here was hilarious.

Where are those fools?

JJ being drafted? Funny stuff.

JJ being signed as a UDFA is about as funny after Jan. 9. I doubt any team is dumb enough to waste energy on him.

Why would any team waste their time w/ a gutless terrible QB who regressed every year he was here?

Really, to me, current discussion isn't so much about JJ as it is about the idiots on this board who remained COMPLETELY BLIND for his entire time here.

AND, it's about the fact that our coach either is a complete fricking idiot or worse, made decisions on QB that had little to do with football.

The latter is the real problem. Something was VERY wrong with what was going on. VERY wrong.

That is why there are silly conspiracies about the whole thing. The decisions around our QBs were so indefensible that people grasped at anything to explain them.

Meh. He could always shovel pass them to the wrong customer once the right customer turned his back.

Then would yell at the customer despite being the toss being in the complete wrong direction. I don't think the whole "customer is always right" thing would fly too well with JJ.

Yep

I mean frankly, it should make a few people sit up and take notice that despite JL not even being at the combine and despite him being effectively benched, HE is the one picked up as a free agent while the guy he was benched for will have to pay his own way if he ever wants inside and NFL stadium. This should cause some serious questions about our current leader's ability to evaluate talent. The NFL basically is saying, "jeebus Miles, what the frick were you thinking".

The list of benched QBs who even get a look at the NFL level while the guy they were benched for gets NOTHING cannot be very long. Sure, the occasional backup shows up to the NFL and does better but the starter usually gets a freaking look!!
