COMEONMAN !!

In the event of a Georgia upset in the SECCG, assume the following:

Georgia goes 12-1, SEC Champ
Clemson goes undefeated
Michigan finishes 12-1, Big 10 Champ
Notre Dame finishes undefeated

Bama obviously doesn't get in over the first 2. Would a one loss non conf. champ Bama get over Big 10 champ Michigan and/or Notre Dame, and place 2 SEC teams in the playoff yet again? I don't think the committee would have the balls to do that. At some point, Bama can't be given a one game mulligan every year no matter who good they are and have been.

But until GA pulls off the stunner, it's all hypothetical anyways

Bama could lose by 50 in the SECg and still get in the playoff.

If we stay 7 this and next week then I think we’re in good shape

We're headed to the Peach Bowl vs UCF. UGA will lose to Bama but the game will be much more competitive than 29-0. I just dont think the committee will move us ahead of UGA while we sit at home.

An LSU win and a Georgia loss in the SECCG will do it.

They will do it based on a certain 36-16 game.

Very, very simple. LSU wins and Georgia loses SEC championship game. Highest ranked SEC team goes to Sugar Bowl. Georgia will drop below LSU.

Does not matter if Georgia loses to Georgia Tech. If they somehow beat Ala. they will jump LSU IMHO and go to the Sugar Bowl.
