This has to be one of the weirdest streaks of all time. If the softball team goes in the tank, he may get his walking papers.

He fills in for Hawthorne when Hawthorne can't call a game. He was on the call for Alabama, Ole Miss and Arkansas in football. (Hawthorne returned for A&M)
He was also on the call for Marquette, NC State, Charleston, Houston and Wake Forest in basketball (all losses)

It is bizarre. Perhaps the key for LSU athletic success is bumbling incompetence on the microphone.
