Everyone is talking like he's definitely gone but I don't see anything anywhere that makes people so certain. Did I miss something?

No. Les is not going anywhere. For $15M reasons.

Right now, we are just hearing internet speculation. Nothing really to see here.

I think in the end, he stays if he promises to replace Steele and Cam

His buy out is structured to be paid out over 5 years. So its not like he gets stroked one big check. If he takes a job the buy out goes away. So its not that big of a deal. In order for him to get the 15 million he will have to sit at the house for 5 years and make 3 million a year. If he gets fired and someone offers him a job who ever offers has to negotiate with Les and basically say, "We know your making 3 million a year chilling at the house,so come work for us and we will pay you 4. Just tell LSU to let you out. No that easy but that is the jist

He's gone, oh I, oh I'd
Better learn how to face it
He's gone, oh I, oh I'd
Pay the devil to replace him
He's gone, what went wrong

He's not gone. They were thinking about buying him out for 15 million plus change.

But Nick Saban wrote a check to TAF to keep Les.

He can retire for 1M a year for 15 years and would be 75. Not bad pay at all..

Wish my contract was written with 15m buy out.

Probably did so that he won't have cut his vacation week short and come up with a defensive game plan.

This board will melt at epic proportions if he is retained. It will be glorious.
