I don't know, they haven't posted a depth chart for this week's game...

If LSU were play a game tomorrow, and JJ got hurt, JL would go in. After spring and fall practice, the fans are expecting Garrett to assume that role. I certainly do, as a minimum.

I do not expect Garett to beat out JJ even though from what I hear, he is more talented, because Miles places more emphasis on seniority and experience than he does on true talent.

JJ doesn't show signs of flashiness, but I think he manages the game well (except the final seconds). I think if he's coached properly, and we establish an o-line along with a running attack, JJ would look as good as he did for the GT game.

The "savior" thinking kinda cooled after the Bama and Tech games.

I'm surprised JL is still here, but perhaps he is waiting to see what spring ball holds for him.

It's a shame the guy was tossed into action before he was ready, but he's not the 1st to have that happened to him and probably will not be the last either.

but lee will be a redshirt junior, and if anyone thinks a redshirt frosh with no starting experience will start over lee, they are forgetting how hatch started over lee in 2008.

Since Garrett never has and never will play, ranters like to pick him. That way, they don't have to explain anything or make excuses when he throws a dumb interception.

It's like how right wing and left wing nut jobs, pick people who will never get elected in a million years. They're never wrong b/c they never have to answer a question.

He hasn't looked good no matter when he played. He looked like crap against LaTech, and he had a lot of starting experience under his belt when did.

Lee is the backup next year... Garrett will take that job over after next year, and then take the starting job as a jr.

nobody here has a clue as to how good chris garrett is. i would hope that he's good since we spent a scholarship on him, but i'm not about to crown him as anything yet.

seems like people around here are pretty hard-up for a white starting quarterback.

garrett is unproven and most likely until proven otherwise. JJ then JL. frick all newcomers who haven't been coached up.
