Well obviously solidifying the trenches will give us an advantage against other teams. They appear to be the only one we can't physically match up against. And if we get by them and into the playoffs the trenches are important.

We lost to Bama by 29
Florida by 8 and A&M by 2
You have to think if we were good enough to cut into that 29 point deficit va Bama we may also be good enough to erase an 8 and 2 point deficit vs two way worse teams
