Frank graduated from Edna Karr & St. Aug, he coached (OC) at Karr and was the HC at OP Walker.

I've met both guys and here is my take:
-O is more gung-ho rah rah
-Frank is more of a calming influence
But both are intense, just in different ways. Both are extremely hard workers. If you outwork your competition, you win the most battles...
