It will be what you saw in the Outback Bowl.

I guess if I had to say, this is about what I expect for this year's LSU offense. If the LSU defense doesn't step it up all season, and consistently, then LSU's year is going to be fairly pock-marked with weak games and 3-4 losses. I can say this because I was at the Outback Bowl and saw first-hand. Plus our naturally conservative HC is going to be conservative, naturally.

First: if we have a RB go for 200 yards a game and hold out opponents to 14/game, I'll take that every day.

Second: the conditions were horrible and Hill was having a monster day. As soon as this was evident, Les clearly reeled it back and let ground and pound win the game for us. He wasn't going to be airing it out.

It is not like they we have shown a history of producing successful O's...

You cannot blame the Media for this. By all accounts, they think last year was a fluke.

Cam will earn his check this year and I am confident the O will be better than everyone expects.

It will be mostly boring and fairly predictable, sprinkled with a few losses here and there. Nothing spectacular, a typical Les Miles run operation (the outlier being the 2011 team).
