I am trying to sign up but it looks like everything is free since I have comcast internet.

If this means I can watch all the SEC football games this year for no additional cost that is sweet!

I have a big screen HD but I am not hooked up for TV yet. I don't like TV....just movies and LSU Football. So I figure I will just sign up and cancel after football season.

Direct TV will let you cancel a couple of times a year without penalty.

Me personally, I don't have satellite or cable. I connect my laptop to my big screen and watch the games on ESPN360.

ESPN360 doesn't put the whole schedule out but all but one or two games were on 360 last year. All of the SEC games were on.

I only watch movies on DVD and Netflix. I don't want to buy a whole TV package if I don't have to.

Sounds like I have to buy the basic comcast package and then I can get ESPN 360

You are not alone Utah. I have a Sony LCD. Between 360, Hulu, and torrents I'm covered.

I watch all the Tiger games (as long as the Lobos aren't playing) on Justin.tv and ESPN360. Well, those that aren't on CBS. I don't have any cable whatsoever and I've found being in New Mexico the internet is best. Quite often the reception isn't as good though. However, ESPN360 is incredibly clear for a live feed.

Okay...just found out that since I have internet service with Comcast that I can just sign up directly with ESPN360.com and not have to buy a TV package! Nice! I will do it NOW!

It looks like Suddenlink carries this as well. So I am happy.

Yes 360 is free.
Games on 360 are not in HD, but the quality is pretty good for streaming internet video. I was able to watch every LSU game last year, I would assume they will all be on again this year.
I also bought an adapter to hook my computer up to my TV screen to watch games, you might want to look in to that.
