CPM too blunt, tells the truth...he should stop.

Les doesn't tell the truth, he sucks.

Tell the truth and come out and say it, the fans already see it for what it is. Don't play us like we are stupid, we have been watching LSU football and baseball for decades. It's a simple request.

It's not about the coach or the fan base.

ain't wading through all of that but Skip was absolutely brutal at times, guys loved him but I've talked to a few that played pro ball and said it was in many ways more laid back than the businesslike atmosphere with Bertman

ETA: I have a good friend that pitched here and then had a long pro career, one time Skip comes to the mound after a HR, "wtf did you throw that pitch?" catcher:"you called that Skip" another, same scenario "God Damn it! get your fricking head out of your arse! I'm trying to get to Omamha and you sure as frick aren't helping, GTFO!"

Hadnt thought of it this way but you're right. How many times have you been sitting in front of the tv or in person saying "am I the only one seeing this!!"

Yes. He tries to sound polite and nice when interviewed but he will and has thrown his players under the bus.

Coaching can be overvalued by fans. As long as CPM shifts credit to player execution when they win, instead of taking all the credit as a coach, I see this as honesty when he critiques them after a tough loss or poor outing. Execution by PLAYERS is most important!!!!
