I looked up post history...good one.

The "Crowton Stays" are just opinions without sources. I will stick to BP's best "Guess" at this point.

Not one person posted to say otherwise about being better informed than belowpar regarding Crowton.

So, sometime right before bowl game Crowton will have a new and exciting opportunity at a non FBS school, but will coach in the bowl game. New OC will be introduced afterwards?

As much as i hate to say it, crowton needs to go. We have shown minimal qb improvement and also not playing to our strengths for 2 years. Last year we could run on anybody in the country and he kept puuting the ball in lee's hands and ruined him. This year jj couldn't keep his eyes down the field when ther pocket broke at all. Why not roll him out some. No excuse whatso ever to have C. SCOTT,KW,TT,BL,RR,RS,TH at his disposal and be ranked 108. None at all.

Typically what happens when you have a qb that struggles getting playmakers the ball.

it wasn't jeffersons fault tigerlee. Go to the sec rant and look at how the bama fans are sayin the mcelroy had a great year. His stats are almost identical to jeffersons. JJ had no running game at all and even worse pass blocking. It was more about scheme than anything. If you knew football you would know this. J. Jefferson's stats are identical to McElroy and bama fans are over there right now talking about how good of a year he had.

Has Miles even hinted at Malveto being fired? I haven't even heard him admit that we suck on defense. All is well according to our HC.

I am insanely curious as to who Belowpar is.

But yes. He hasn't hit one wrong yet. If he says it, you can take it to the bank.

All these other prognosticators suck arse in comparison.

How many times has Crowton's name been mentioned on this site in the past six months? How is it possible that a regular reader of this site thinks the man's name is Crowten?

I believe belowpar. I don't think Miles is dumb enough to keep him aboard now that the seat got hot.

Is it all Jefferson's fault? No. Is is it partially his fault? Yes. JJ has horrible pocket presence. He can't find secondary receivers, and stuggles with deep ball. One of the reasons we struggled with the run is because many defenses stuffed the box and dared us to throw deep. JJ consistently wasn't up to the task. And yes, the OL was poor this year as well.

I know BP is reliable. Logic also tells me that any rational person would cut C loose.

But yet I have a bad feeling. I feel like we would have a plane sighting, or a real rumor float by. Haven't seen that about any other candidates. Intuition tells me he's staying.

ive only seen him address this once. people were calling him "david", acting as if his assumed identity was an established fact. he posted and essentially said, "ive never claimed to be david toms". not as yes, not a no, just a no comment.

I think a great OC for us would be Kevin Sumlin, head coach at Houston, because he is definitely a proven OC based on his success at Oklahoma and at Houston as well

Make no mistake about it, Dana Holgerson is the one calling the shots on offense at Houston not Kevin Sumlin. Kevin Sumlin is a great coach but the person thats directly responsible for what you have seen at Houston the last 2 years is Dana Holgerson not Keven Sumlin. Like you said a good offensive minded HEAD COACH like Sumlin wouldn't take a demotion and be an OC at LSU.
