That's always the case.

Class program? Les has had a great run but we've had issues just like everyone else has with discipline. It's not all choir boys that we have in this program.

Just curious to what you think would happen if they were to bring Miles back for another year...given that they have now set the stage and that everyone expects Miles to be gone, and that 90% think the game has passed Miles by now.
How do you think THAT would impact the fanbase? I'm a positiger, but I think there is absolutely no way in hell that they can bring him back now.

This is probably the toughest non coaching part of the job.
I don't care where you're coaching, there will always be knuckleheads who will bring shame upon your program and university.
It's difficult to walk a non tolerance line for such behavior while looking for redeeming qualities in the kid that garners him a second opportunity. Not every coach can pull this off.
