no

12 is the magic number? Why is that?

We are not good at stopping the power straight ahead run. Every team, even Bowling Green, could get 5-6 yards on us.

If this is remotely true then I should put some money on this game.

Of course this could be the game that Les decides to air it out and go to misdirection. Les will be Les.

FWIW, our kicker will be an all american. In a slugfest, like I predict, it could be important. However, in the end, I think your d will do enough to carry the game. It'll be ugly, with lots of punts. Kills me, but I think LSU wins 21-13.

works for me. I predict 28-10. Gator Fans know they are on the way back up and LSU fans who aren't 19 yrs old know this too.

I think that's a bit negative.

UF matches up better with LSU than at any point in the last 2 years.

Still, UF hasn't been too strong against the power run so far this year, and LSU does have the players to beat them deep in single coverage.

Should be close, but I think Florida settles for FG's and loses a close one.

Thanks Guys.

While I do think you will win, if we can get in Mettenberg's face and force some bad TO's, the Swamp will be rocking. Once that happens, magic tends to happen. (Defensive TD's, Blocked Punts, Lucky fake FG's, where the ball magically bounces to the kicker in stride) However, all that magic and mojo won't mean squat if we can't stop the run.

All in all, I think we will have a bend but not break type defensive performance. However, I don't think we will produce anything meaningful on offense. Driskell is still really wet behind the ears, and our starting WR's consist of a ham sandwich, a three legged dog, and droppy mcdropperson. As a result, LSU will put 8 in the box to stuff Gilly.

What does every freshman at UF and FSU have in common? They all got accepted to FSU.

Because UF's weakness is our strength, don't need P&G glasses to see that moron. No too mention we just have more talent. UF is gettinf closer to what they were, but they are just not there yet.

LSU will pound Ware,Hillard and company at them for 4 quaters, by the 3rd UF will be worn out and LSU will take the game over.

And I can assure you the offense is putting up more than 12 points. This isn't alot of the young guys first away game anymore. And UF is not scoring 20+.

because Florida will not have sustained success against LSU. They won't. So any doubt you have about LSU's OL, Florida's OL will not fare better.
They may not have sustained drives consistently but our defense gave up a few big drives and big plays to Towson, so I expect UF to get enough big plays and to score more than we will.

Stack the box and you'll be fine. Auburn is even worse than yall and they stopped us.

I appreciate your insight, but it was turnovers that kept it close, not Auburn.
