In all honesty how many pitchers can you have on a n NCAA team?

You get 35 roster players. You can do with it as you please. You can have 35 pitchers or zero pitchers. I think most teams go with between 16-18

Don't baseball teams only get something like 12.5 scholarships per year? Something crazy like that. Why do they only give so few? It's like they want college baseball to stay a relatively minor sport.
