Improvements to Alex Box

Did they end up making any improvements to the box this year? I remember last year they talked about JJ wanting to move the bullpen and some other minor adjustments.

The mesh that covers the fencing behind the left field bleachers is being replaced.

They need to get the bullpen behind the fence, Manieri and Johnson complained about that.

I think they should leave the bullpen the way it is. It’s always helped us whenever things get confusing from a ball going in that area. Each park has something unique and that’s one of them for Alex Box.

It still blows my mind they built that stadium from the ground up and left the bullpens on the field. Even Wrigley Field, old as it is, moved the bullpens off the field a few years ago.

I'm so sick of seeing metal bleachers. LSU baseball is way better than that. Time to fix that trash.

As someone who sits in those metal bleachers, y'all really do complain alot.
I half-jokingly do wish they'd put a big mesh sun screen over our left field section like you see over playgrounds these days though.
