I'm really, really likeing our chances now

81% of the money is on Bama -3 and Bama is the most unproven #1 since Goliath. Preseason, everyone said they were gradeau. They got all of their bump from beating a horribly overrated Clemson and they had a great first half against GA. Other than that, they have beaten the dregs of the Sun Belt, Conf. USA and the SEC.

And LSU has only played maybe 1-2 good halves all season. You are only setting yourself up for major dissappointment if you believe LSU is going to win this game.

I'll be there. I got up for the UF game and even drank the kool aide for the UGA game. I have seen the light and have simply come to the conclusion that LSU is either rebuilding or just doesn't have that good of a team. I believe LSU can win if they get extremely lucky, but this week my pocketbook is with Bama.

Do you think LSU is going to win? Honestly, Can you tell me anything about the season so far that makes you think LSU is better than Bama? Is it qb play? Defense?

Alabama is ranked #1 by the process of elimination. They're undefeated and has 1 quality win. That's against a team that spotted them 31 points by making mistake after mistake after mistake. Then goes and get's outscored 30-10 in the second half. But you guys want to make excuses FOR Alabama. Those 30 points were "garbage points." If Bama hadn't scored those 10 points, they still may have bene in OT last week. Clemson? They ran their coach off.
They had a tougher time with Tulane than anyone this year. You give Lee a hard time, but the PA is what Lee was succesful on against Auburn. Auburn's D isn't terrible.
The kid needs his confidence back, but you guys sit here like you are fricking fortune tellers and say he will never be a succesful QB. That's just retarded to say. But of course, you're the god's gift to football and you see what goes on in practice and who's behind him and how JJ performs in practice to make all the right decisions.
You amongst others should really be banned, at least until the end of the season. This team is 6-2 and if they beat Bama, a realistic shot at 10 wins with a inexperienced secondary and a RSFr, mistake prone, QB.
I honestly don't know wtf you people want.

What is so wrong with accepting that LSU is not as good as another team? LSU can't be the best team every year. I want LSU to win all of their games, however, I can see that this team is not at the same level as UF, UGA, and Bama this year. That doesn't make me not a fan of LSU. I know Lee is a freshman. I have never said that he won't be a good qb. He's young and that is part of the reason LSU is not that good this year. It's not his fault. He just needs more experience. I believe he will see things on Sat. that he has never seen before which will help him in the future.

Can you link me to where I said LSU was world beaters this year? All I'm pointing out is that you have done nothing but talk down about this team and you have no confidence in them whatsoever. So I ask again, WHY are you even going to the game if you're so sure about what's going to happen. you're obviously just setting yourself up to be in a miserable mood all day Saturday. What's the point?

If McNeese was playing USC, why would you go to the game knowing that McNeese was going to get beat? Does that mean that you wouldn't have a good time anyway knowing that they are going to lose before you even show up.
