Les is ultimately responsible. He needs to stand up and publicly apologize to everyone who has ever lived in the State of Louisiana.
God, I hope this is sarcasm....

i'd tell him to recruit like there is no tomorrow.
i don't give a shite about what a coach says.
it's always covered by some degree of bs.
show the fans the talent coming in and anger will be replaced by sarcasm and then comes the hype for another title shot.

Recruits care about what a coach says.

Recommend Les gets JJ to be an LSU Grad assistant for the football team so they can spend more quality time together.

I would give him my 2 weeks notice.

Apologize to the team for letting them down, poor game planning, poor game management, and quitting on them.
Apologize to all Tiger fans for all things he apologized to the team for and promise to never let personal feelings for a player cloud his ability to do the correct thing for the teams success.
Commit to all that he will hire a new OC and allow the new OC to run the offense without his continued intervention. Commit that he will always play the best player no matter seniority. Commit to always have at least two game plans for each game incase the initial game plan does not work. Commit to utilize players to achieve their greatest potential.
That would be a good start.

and they can hear it from the coach directly, not from a press conference.
fans all over the world demand the coach answer the tough questions, and it never happens.
year after year, stuff up after stuff up,team after team.
funny the fans talk about insanity of a coach, yet do the same thing expecting a different result.

Id tell him exactly what he is already gonna do, think he is above it all and dont apologize or ever admit that you made a mistake. And throw JL and maybe a couple other players under the bus again. He will never say he messed up!

Nothing. LSU was utterly stupid and guaranteed him $18.75 Million. As long as he doesn't commit a recruiting violation, LSU can do nothing to him without having to pay him that money.
It was obvious in the NC game, Les couldn't give two shits about the game or the season at that point.
Les is in the position of power now, not LSU. Thanks Skip and Joe.
