What local 5 stars are leaving? Cam Robinson, Dylan Moses, and Landon Collins

That’s like 3 players in the last 10 years. They do a better job than just about anybody at recruiting their state.

If I'm 5* OL Tristan Leigh I want to attend LSU, but then when I stop being recruited hard by the OL Coach, I take other visits.

When I take other visits, I realize that I have a better chance to win a Conference and National Championship, as well as be developed better professionally by the OL Coach at another school, I decide to attend Clemson.......

If it were based on my five official visits;

Hawaii
San Diego St
Miami
Vanderbilt
Texas

Then I would go to LSU.

1. LSU (my alma mater)
2. Colorado (I've become a Buffs fan since I moved to Boulder)
3. Nebraska (because their fans are so loyal and because I had a great time with their fans at the CWS)

As a 5 star I’m not going to the education. Going to make it to the league. Going for girls.

First, I’d like to think I’d still be interested in my education despite an ability to run faster. #2, One of the best players in the league went to Stanford. C. I’m sure there are girls at Stanford or surrounding area

Unbiased (wink, wink) and knowing who was my coach (another wink) and the chance of success...

1. LSU (I really could not put anyone else here)
2. Notre Dame (great school and high chance of success)
3. Clemson (high chance of success)

LSU (this is going to be on every list)

If that didn’t work out:
Alabama
Ohio State
Texas
Mississippi State (family ties, SEC, still great NFL exposure)

That's probably correct. I'd maybe add Oklahoma ("LSU / Clemson / Oklahoma").

That said, if you're asking "what school gives me the best chance to get to the NFL" I'm not sure the school choice matters as much as some think. (It does matter, though.) If you're really a 5-star and you play to that potential, the NFL will find you. (Maybe not draft you quite as highly...where the "it matters" comes in...)

If you don't mind hearing from a bammer, my list would be ND, Bama and LSU. That history and campus at ND would make it awesome, Bama is Bama and LSU is actually closer to Orange Beach than any school.

For me, it would be:

LSU, because I love my home.

Notre Dame because it blends football and academics well

Stanford, same as Notre Dame
