If we lose today, will the pro-Les fans and media blame the controversy?

I think Les might actually be in a decent situation. If he loses, people will defend him and say it isn't his fault. If he wins people will overreact to one game and all will be forgiven.
No real downside for him today.

If Les Miles is fired and the next coach doesn't deliver a national championship next year will you want him fired too?

Les is a perfect little Angel. He can do no wrong in some fans eyes... All of his shitty coaching decisions is not his fault... it's Allevas and the LSU fans bases fault for making him coach so poorly all these years.. didn't you know that?

What's his record the past 3 years? No one is arguing the totality of his career is bad. But people like you sure as frick bring it up so you can make an ignorant argument. Question for you. Do you think les miles could come close to replicating his own success over the next 5 years?

I don't see how they could considering how the last three games went. They could have had a case if the games were close but they were complete arse kickings.

It's Les' job to have the team prepared no matter what but let's not minimize what a big distraction this all is.
But I actually think the team will come out sharp and blast A&M to really crank the volume on this clusterfrick to 11.

If we lose, it will be blamed on the 4-5 times the left side of our O-line will hold or jump the snap for an offsides penalty today.
