I honestly want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly...
You are asking whether Les Miles and LSU would purposely lose to Ole Miss just to screw over Alabama?
If so, the Billy Madison image is quite appropriate for this thread.
BTW
No shite sherlock. We know Bama gets the benefit of the doubt, but you would have to be insane to think they would shun the 1-loss SEC Champ in favor of a 1-loss team that didn't win it's division. If anything, they'd both be in the playoffs.

If the playoff committee has to chose between a 1 loss SEC Champion (Florida) and a 1 loss Alabama, I think Florida gets the nod and the Saban goes without a championship.

Season's over. Cancel all remaining games.

2011 Ring any bells? They sure as hell passed over conference champions for a team that didn't win their division. Don't forget about 2001 Nebraska either.
There is no way 2 undefeated conference champions get passed over for a 1 loss SEC Champion and a 1 loss Alabama.
You know why?
Because it is impossible for there to be 4 other undefeated conference champions, because only 3 other conferences have undefeated teams right now: B1G, ACC, and Big XII. Even if all 3 of those go undefeated, at MOST, only 1 gets passed over. Unless Notre Dame also gets in.
But that's not going to happen anyway. If 3 conference champions go undefeated, all 3 will be in. No way you keep 3 undefeated Power 5 schools out.

Hell no.
We beat bama, we lose in OT to Arkansas. Like Arkansas always does when they're in this position.

I hear Les is talking with Dan Mullen about having State throw the Egg Bowl as well. The plan is in full swing.

Those scenarios aren't similar at all to what we have now.
First off, in 2011, the SEC Champ didn't get passed over. Alabama just got in as well.
Also, no one "passed over" anybody in the BCS era. The two teams were selected by the BCS formula. Everyone agrees that it was BS that Nebraska went in 2001. That's what started the call for abolishing the BCS.
