If we do come out of Oxford with a loss, Ole Miss and Alabama will be tied at 1-loss and Ole Miss will win the tie breaker. Ole Miss gets killed by Florida once again.

If the playoff committee has to chose between a 1 loss SEC Champion (Florida) and a 1 loss Alabama, I think Florida gets the nod and the Saban goes without a championship.

I do not think the playoff committee passes over two conference Power 5 conference champions (especially if they are undefeated ) over a 1 loss SEC team that is not even a division champion.

step 1: Find a rope.
step 2: splice rope with 14 gauge wire and soak in alcohol
step 3: hit yourself repeatedly over the neck, back and head with said rope.
Wash, rinse, repeat.

Are you saying this as in LSU loses to Ole Miss on purpose, or if LSU gets beat straight up by Ole Miss?

If LSU only has one loss then they are also tied for first, so if State beats Bama the next week and LSU wins out after a possible Bama loss, then LSU will be in sole possession of the SECW championship. So I ask, why in the world would you want to throw the Ole Miss game when you still have a shot at the West?

This is why a world where everyone can vote is a bad idea.
