Where would we end up playing??....
We would have to have beaten Bama, Arkansas, and Florida to get there and probably South Carolina in the SECCG. So if we won out - do you think we would play in the National Championship?

Normally - we would respond - of course - no problem - but rememeber that there are several teams much higher ranked then us that could run the table and we could be left out.

Would the strength of schedule allow us to leap over every other team....

Something to think about with purple and gold colored glasses...

Any undefeated SEC team plays in the NC. Don't bring up Auburn, that was years ago.

RELAX! IF and I mean IF any SEC runs the table, they're in. period. No amount of teams ahead of them could stop that from happening.

if LSU beats all 4 of these teams and in undefreated, there is no way that they wouldn't play for the National Championship.

Only a bottom tier SEC team going undefeated might get left out (ie, Kentucky) because voters might mistake it for meaning the SEC is down. Still, that is only a small possibility. Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Florida, Arkansas, or USCe goes undefeated through the SEC championship game, they are in the NC game without a doubt.

if LSU goes undefeated & wins the SEC, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT LSU is a lockdown for the NC game. If LSU loses 1 game but still wins the SEC, & Boise St is the only undefeated team, again LSU is in, or any other SEC team for that matter. With the SEC having won 5 NC in this decade, an undefeated or even a 1 loss SEC team, has to be included in the NC. There will be a bunch of goobers who will scream for Boise state to get their chance & all that other crap but until Boise State plays a FULL schedule of competitive football, they can go suck on their blue turf!!!

i really did laugh at that image...

for us to beat Bama we are going to not only need Jordan Jefferson to actually resemble a decent QB, we'll need the Offensive line to hold up for more than 1.4 seconds, we'll need the coaches to actually call plays that accentuate the talent on the club, we'll need the defense to get off the field more often than not, we'll need....

you know what, we'll need pretty much close to a perfect game, and from what i've seen thus far from this squad and staff, i don't have any reason to believe they are capable of playing a perfect game....

POSITIVE THKR! nice.... but the secc game winner is a BCS champion gm opponent, they are pretty much locked in on strenght of schedule, not sure, but the chances are real good ..even w/ a couple losses.........

If LSU goes undefeated all the way through the SEC CG, Yes LSU will jump over Boise St for the right to play whoever there is that is ranked 1 or 2 in the final BCS Poll.

If you truly don't know the answer to this question you should turn in your fan card.

Everyone of our SEC opponents are ranked in the top 15 in coach's poll, I don't see them losing many by the way they are playing either(they are beatable though). Also WVU is ranked in the top 25.

It would be robbery if we didn't go to the NCG after going through all that then beating a top 10 SEC opponent in the SECCG. It would be like getting away with double, triple, quadruple homicide.
