Maybe after he retires or something. Only a group of idiots would put up a statue of their current coach.

I recall that there is a statute in Louisiana that says you can't name a state building, road or other infrastructure after someone that is still living if tax dollars are used to build it. If the building in question doesn't receive any state tax dollars that may be okay.
