If Miles were to resign / retire would he be "abandoning his players"?

He does that on several occasions every year. So what's new ? How do you think LF feels lately . Miles stupid arrogant game plans or like of 1, has cost the players, lsu , and fans too be quite disappointed

Does it matter? Over the past two weeks it looks to me that the team no longer believes that they can be coached to beat Alabama. They can no longer be coached to get to a National Title much less win one.

It's not just the fans that's no longer buying what Les/Cam is selling.

Let's face it, if we ain't playing for all the marbles, the game just doesn't mean as much.

Highly doubtful. The posters that you are thinking of would be too busy rejoicing.

Would be the biggest favor he could do them

Getting the interm head coaching wisdom that Bradley Dale would bask down on them is just priceless.

The seniors in the program would benefit so immensely from BDP enriching their lives.

No way Les is going to just walk away, unless there are "health concerns".

I thought I new the definition of "fan"

A fan, sometimes also called aficionado or supporter, is a person who is enthusiastically devoted to something or somebody, such as a band, a sports team, a genre, a book or an entertainer. Collectively, the fans of a particular object or person constitute its fanbase or fandom. LINK )

Now I know it just means "have an opinion, and don't know shite."

I wouldn't go that far, but it would not be abandoning his players if he resigned/retired at the end of the season.

His camp said he was getting too many carries, they should be happy.

Anytime any coach retires he's leaving behind those recruits he brought in. But what's the alternative -- never retire?

For those who say a new OC (FOR WHAT) we have had, what 5 and they all look the same, REMEMBER Jimbo Fisher when he took the FL St job and ask him what happen to LSU and he told them what kept them from a chance at a NC was the Auburn game THAT if MILES had NOT taken the play calling away from him at half time we would have won by 21 points. MILES is an will always be the OC as long as he's here

Abandoning his players
. That happens anytime they need a brain on the sidelines already. So what changes exactly?
