After this weekends game, when hes at home and its just him and Kathy having dinner, she asks him does he regret not just walking away when admins wanted him gone during A&M week?

He could have taken his buyout, walked away from an admin and board who didn't want him anymore, and either gotten another job in 2016 or sat out this year and be an ESPN employee.

i know what he regrets nothing publicly, just curious deep down what he thinks.

Les is so incredibly delusional that he still likely believes his philosophy is fine, the execution was just slightly off Saturday. We shore up a few minor things and all our goals are still in front of us!

Les believes that as long as you want it more than your opponent, you will win. His strategy is so fricking Disney it's ridiculous.

If Miles gave you his answer, would you walk away shaking your head wondering what in hell did he say.

He could have taken his buyout

There is only a buyout if he is fired, they didn't fire him, so there's nothing to regret.

he couldn't even get his team to look like it wanted to be out there Saturday.

Man I could even see walking into an ambush like that in a mid-season game, but it was the fricking opening game. How could you look that poor?

Our style of play must be so mentally defeating. I'm afraid that is a real possibility.

You're asked to run a very predictable offense and beat your opponent both physically and tactically when they have the strategic advantage of knowing the play. It requires too much of your players.

No, because the got the millions of dollars out of it, and that's all they care about.

I'd prefer to give Arranda a run if we go that route.

I don't see us making a move in season. That would be too proactive for our administration.

Which is why it's so sad to see people get their hopes up about a possible Herman hire. Will not happen under this admin.
