I don't know about specific dishes but I think that at this restaurant, there should routinely be confusion where the waiter gives the order to the cooks but then the cooks end up handing the waiter incorrect food followed by the waiter throwing up his hands and looking behind the counter as if to say "WTF?"""

Nothing would be ready, the wait staff would be unprepared and all the food burnt.
