I don't wanna jinx the tigers, but is there any way to know when their first game in Omaha will be?

Depends on when you start your super. We would play on Saturday.

And so did FSU. I can't find a bracket placing the SR winners in Omaha.

One bracket will start on Saturday, and the other on Sunday. Still no word on which is which, since both brackets have 2 Supers that started Friday, and 2 that started Saturday.

Seems like the are giving OSU an advantage by allowing them an extra day to rest. The NCAA is stupid.
