If LSU is 8-1 on 11/6 will you still believe Les should move on?

Someone asked me this and I was unsure of how I would feel regarding our coach.

I could see being caught up in the excitement of SEC title hopes and National title hopes...but.... there would still be that nagging feeling of dread that now accompanies any LSU season. Dread that the Tigers will lose a couple games they shouldn't and Les will still be his ten win self. Good but not exceptional.

This season is/was supposed to be not just good, but, exceptional. Miles can get us too good, but he recent history (relative to coaching careers) has shown he can reach exceptional like he did during the first half of his career. He set the bar high through his own merit, now he has trouble reaching it let alone sustaining.

Thank you Coach for the ride, but time for someone else to take the wheel

Probably because you can be sure he'll lose the next 3.

Yes. I do.

I'm done.

IF he really changed everything and actually coached real football instead of this walking accident that we see week in and week out, then sure, he could stay. But, that is impossible.

If he lucks up and beats Alabama, I will still consider it luck and a one time thing. His coaching is terrible. He has all the talent in the world and he can't use it. Doesn't know how. He is incompetent and should be gone, in my opinion.

8-1 on 11/6 means we beat bama on 11/5.

Yes. Its time. If we didnt see changes after almost being fired then we never will. I thank miles for some of the best 11 years in lsu football but we cant reach the mountain top without balance and he repeatedly refuses to put our players in a position to succeed. Its pretty frustrating.

If we finished with 1 loss then id want Aranda to step in and let Coach O be his dc and hire briles as the oc.

SEC champs or bust. If this team can do that I would give Miles an extension and raise.

Do I think they'll do that? No.

Yes it would still be time for Les to go. The only way he shouldn't go is if LSU is 12-1 after an SECCG win.

But let's be honest here. I have as good a chance of winning the Powerball as that scenario has of happening.

First of all Les should have moved on a long time ago. Second of all, considering this looks every bit like a 4-5 loss team, yes he will be moving on.

Yes. We are going to get demolished at home against Bama, Ole Miss will beat us in Oxford, and Arkansas will beat us at home. There is zero chance Les and Cam make the changes necessary to beat those teams. If Miles announced Cam was fired and that he was no longer saying a word when it comes to the O, maybe then, but the idiot still thinks his system is the right system.

If he is 8-1 going into the gump game, that just puts him in a position to run the table. No decision necessary at 8-1.

No SEC West title, then he should be gone.

Hell, he was undefeated before gumps last year and should have been fired for the November he had.
