Does CPM pull Bregman from the field to allow for an ovation? Tim Corbin did it for Dansby Swanson and Carson Fulmer last weekend and it was pretty awesome.

Does this happen at LSU tonight if we the lead is safe?

they will get their ovation after the 9th inning when the rest of the team does as they take their victory lap

I think sentimentality is for teams unfocused on winning it all. Just my opinion though.

So Vandy isn't focused on winning it all? Got it.

No, because we are winning it all. They're aware.

Breg stays in so he can make all 3 outs in the 9th...then he Ric Flair struts off the field...

Not only is it a stupid idea but ULL will be the home team tonight, don't give them any added motivation to get a rally going.

What about the seniors? Bregs isn't even a senior yet.

In such a scenario, I would much rather that when Bregman comes to the plate for the last time at the box, that the whole stadium erupts in a chorus of A-LEX BREG-MAN clap clap clap A-LEX BREG-MAN...
