A.Continue to insist that he start and play every snap.
B.Acknowledge that Miles is the best person to make decisions on which quarterback starts/plays
C.Take it out on your wife/girlfriend
D.None of the Above

Why are we starting "what if JL throws a pick six" threads now?

Even though JL seems obvious to me, I already acknowledge B.

A. JJ has shite the bed for about 6 games in a row now. Sure Lee will make a mistake, its inevitable. Buty he stays.

Although C sounds tempting...

A. He's clearly the better option and interceptions happen. Even Brees, P Manning and Favre throw picks. But, JL is the only one moving this offense. Starting JJ is the definition of "playing not to lose" which is hardly the best way to play to win.

FWIW JL 2010 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> JL 2008

And JL threw a pick 6 in Auburn 2008 and then went Joe Montana on their arse

I don't know if he'll throw a pick 6 or not, but it is entirely possible that he could make some mistakes on the road. Depending on how little JJ plays we still might win even if JL makes mistakes. If both QB's are fricking up, We'll get smoked!

The 'pick 6' argument is terrible. You can criticize him for the pick - that's fine , but if it's returned for a TD...that's not necessarily within in his control (except the bad swing pass against auburn). Sometimes the other team simply makes a great return: sometimes shite happens.

People show how little they know about football when they talk about the 'pick 6 problem'.

D.

It can happen, it happens to everyone. I didn't answer A, B, or C when Peyton Manning threw one in the Super Bowl.

But to answer a similar question, when Jordan Jefferson threw what should have been a pick six against WVU (but the guy tripped) and it lead to 7 pts, and when Jefferson threw a near pick 6 vs. Florida and it led to 7 pts, and when Jefferson almost threw a pick 6 against McNeese on the first drive but they dropped it, I...

A.Continue to insist that he does not need to be in the game
B.Acknowledge that Miles is an idiot when it comes to making decisions on which quarterback starts/plays
C.Take it out on your wife
D.None of the Above

Pretty much A and B

EXACTLY...some people here just don't get it. Like it or not, ugly as it may be, (SO FAR) the system has worked. Perhaps JL simply plays better coming off the bench..JR did when he was a red-shirt freshman, because he just wasn't ready to handle a full-time starting position.

Perhaps Patrick Perterson would be great coming off of the bench. Why doesn't Les Miles sit him the first two drives to find out?

Thats like saying you hate having a huge penis. How the hell would you know?????

just messin' with ya, but you get my point. You cant say thats the best way to do something if youve never even tried it any other way.

This argument makes no sense.
