Chances are LSU isn't up big heading into the 4th quarter, so JJ will probably just be handing it off or running in the 4th. Not to mention the few option/handoff plays he will be in during the first 3 quarters.

More than words can express. LM will only let him hand the ball off anyway.

I hope they let him throw it a little bit just to see what he's got. If we cant get away with it in this game, we cant get away with it at all. We might as well let Murphy run the QB option if we're not gonna let JJ throw it.

I won't be pissed.

The kid is not ready. If he's such a gamer that he still plays well against Troy, then that's a great sign for the future.

It doesn't say anything about how he would do against a top SEC defense.

Honestly, why do you think the coaches are not playing him other than he is not ready? If he gets in tonight I hope he lights it up.

Not too much. Recall in Ancient History (Like the a few short weeks ago) the rant was threatening to march on Miles Houses if Lee (who was proclaimed as better than Flynn) did not start and how dare he put Hatch in.

That is the great thing about the Rant. WOnderful memory loss on the Pontifications justs weeks before

Think that if you want to.
I won't be the least bit upset if JJ doesn't play. He needs to learn the playbook before he deserves a shot.

Heard a while ago that he's simply nowhere near ready. No, I'm not providing a source. Simply someone who is with LSU coaching who should know. But, we'll all find out in a while. Hope he plays well.
