Would Herman or Jimbo just take the first year and go with a younger guy with more upside than Ettling?

No, either coach would have a freshman or sophomore in now playing better than Etling.

Both wouldn't be opposed to a freshman starter at all.

Both have played with True Freshman many times in their careers and still had success

If Jimbo came here, there's a good chance Franks is here and starting. But who gives a frick about hypotheticals.

Yes etling would be the starter. He's the least of our problems

Couldn't say, however I can say that Orgeron, Aranda and Canada will use this adversity to their advantage.

This loss will absolutely get the team's undivided attention, like nothing else possibly could. With this in mind, I predict we'll see dramatic improvement over the next 2 games and on both sides of the ball.

We'll start rounding into shape at home vs Auburn and struggle vs Fla, but I like our chances to win out the rest of the way.

Honestly, if either of them came, B Harris might be our QB right now. It'd either be him or Etling.

But like someone said, frick hypotheticals. We got who we got. Let's ride.
