Do you think he would be having success like Ensiminger right now?

If he stayed and had an impressive offense it would honestly been the ultimate slap in the face. What percent of his offense was actually used when Miles was coach? We were pretty impressive with Mett.

Cameron has been fired as a head coach and assistant.
That should tell you something.

But I blame Les for hiring Studrawa, Kragthorpe and Cameron. He refused to make that critical hire.

Coach O seems to be putting the correct people in the correct spots. If Cameron were worth a shite, he'd still be here.

If you coach long enough you will get fired eventually.
Lord Saban has even been fired.

We'll never know whether the Kragthorpe hire was good or not. His diagnosis prevented him from ever calling plays. I do believe he's have been a decent QB coach.

No. He was a major part of the problem. He and Milescwere micro managers. They didn't trust their positions coaches to do their job.

from what i've heard, cam was the problem and it wasn't knowledge. it was attitude. apparently, the o staff had a lot of tension which explains why o fired him with the quickness

Well, Coach O is the one that fired Cam, so he seemed to think Cam was part of the problem.

Whatever you think of Miles, this is too harsh. Kragthorpe looked like a good hire. He had plenty of experience and a good reputation as an OC and QB coach. It's not Miles' fault he got sick and never fully got into the OC role. Studrawa was a battlefield promotion after Kragthorpe had to step down. Miles gave him a chance to earn the job, he couldn't cut it, so he was let go. And Cameron had a reputation as a good QB coach. Miles kept him too long, but that doesn't mean it didn't look like a good hire at the time.

The common thread with Studrawa and Cameron is that Miles was too loyal for too long. It's easy to second guess in hindsight, but it doesn't mean the hires were bad.

But this is the Rant. Don't ever let facts and common sense override your emotions.

O fired him for a reason. Obviously not respected amongst the coaches

O wouldn't be the hatchet man just to get the interim title I don't think

The only thing Cam Cameron has done in his career is be lucky enough to have Ladainian Tomlinson at his peak.

Dude got fired from the Baltimore Ravens because of their bland offense and they've had a bland and bad offense for as long as I can remember.

Cam was let go for not only being ineffective and shitty, he was an a-hole that was tough to work with. Morale went way up.
