At the location where the paired up regional is at.

If both host lose, the it is the higher seeded team between the winners of the two regionals.

I think he was referring to National seeds losing their regional and two lower seeds having to match up.


I think the rules are pretty clear:

If no clear winner emerges from all of this, a two-man sack race will be held on consecutive Sundays until a champion can be crowned.

With Miami losing out in their regional...Oregon St. put a bid in sunday for a super regional. They did this in case they were to beat LSU twice...If they had, being the higher seed over Stony Brook or UCF, they would have gotten the super regional
