It appears to me that our problem on offense is due to the three headed monster at OC/QB Coach.

Is someone in charge? Who is responsible? Who recruits the players to positions? Who installs and teaches the offense? Who designs and prioritizes practices? Who calls the plays? Personnel? From the sideline?

I've been involved in athletics and competition for a long time, and that's what I see.

If more than one person is making these decisions, nobody is. It doesn't all come together magically at kickoff. We never had a chance. Never. Just like in the bowl game.

We have no personality or chemistry. Lots of confusion. We're limited in attack, and it seems like the defense knows what we're doing. All typical of to many chefs in the kitchen as it were.

And if I'm correct, it's going to be hard to fix it.

Real coaches?
How are you going to tell? Practically everybody that posts here except me claims to know more about football than the LSU staff. Just read.

If you dont know Les Miles is responsible now then you are not paying attention to what's going on at all.

Yes, because calling out obvious problems is the exact same thing as claiming to know more about football than the LSU staff. This gets so tiring.

Here's something for you. I know very little Xs and Os about football. I enjoy drinking a lot during game, so much so, that I sometimes have to rewatch games later to really know what was going on. It's pretty obvious that I know a hell of a lot less about football than even the janitor that sweeps the football operations department building. But you know what? Our offense sucks dick. It's a problem.

Nobody.
DA asked for coaches opinions and you responded with an opinion and I'm just curious as to where you coach.

It seems it won't be an easy fix, but I'm no coach. The offense does seem to lack chemistry. The opening drive looked great but I wish would have gotten 7. Third down conversions were a huge problem. It may take the rest of this season for these guys to gel like the Wash game

Since you claim to know little about football am I to assume that you know a lot more about the other thing you mentioned?

Good question, DA. We all know we have problems and I don't think it is one player or one coach. I also don't think the problem is something that can be fixed mid-season. So, I guess the question I have is how do the coaches plug the holes, so to speak, and get something that resembles a functional offense here at the midpoint of the year??? Is there anything they can do to patch up the leaks??? Or do we just limp through the rest of the season and hope for greener pastures next season???

He said he wanted the opinion of coaches. You gave an opinion and I asked where you coached. Why is this so hard for you?

Look internet tough guy. I don't know you, you don't know me. I live thousands of miles aways from you, have a good career and a great family. Therefore, I don't give a flying frick what you think about me. I'm also too old and a little too mature to really care about some perceived insult that you may wish to lob my way, so if it makes you feel like a man to call me "fig," knock yourself out. Speaks volumes about your personality IMO.

Why are you people so defensive? I merely asked a simple question. DA wanted coaches opinions, that guy answered and I was just curious as to where he coached.
Feeling a little insecure are ya?
