I would be depressed if schools didn't want to try to steal our coaches

PM replaced 7 out of 8 position players and hosted a super regional. That's insane and the dude deserves a raise regardless. If you have good coaches everyone wants them. For instance no one wants Johnny Jones because he sucks and so that opinion is validated by no other team going after him. Alleva should of and should fire Johnny Jones and try again. I would love to go after a small school basketball coach who has a system that allows them to go to the dance on a regular basis. This is the type of Basketball coach we need so they can build up the program and then recruit the big names. If we did this instead of hiring Johnny Jones we most likely would be getting Shaq's son. He just wants his son to play for a program that's going to win and has a good coach in place
