LSU isn't going to take a 1.5 million dollar loss so Foley can get his way. Only option is to push the SECCG back one week.

Why should we have to pay damages to South Alabama for cancelling a contract with them. You don't think they would make us pay for cancelling? Frick that , keep the south Alabama game. Florida should be forced to forfeit as they dicked around for so long.

There is a reason S Alabama is in that spot and not a conference team.

You would have to pay south Alabama 1.5 mil and then would lose about 3 mil in revenue from the home game.

Yes, we have a short week already, but it's against a cupcake team, not a SEC team that will be back to full strength

Turn around is different for road vs home game.
Equipment would have to get packed, trucked, cleaned/fixed in BR, repacked, trucked, unpacked, and set up in 4 days.

Plus it's at home. Meaning less travel before and after said home game, easing the pain on a 5 day turnaround.
