With all the changes I hope we can retain Aranda. I think him recruiting players that fit his system and another year for the current players to learn. And if Les was holding him back too then. It's gonna be a hard journey for the opposing offenses.

Why would Herman go to USC over lsu?

I see Aranda staying one more year and getting a hc gig

Aranda has gotten unjust hate for the past 4 games from some fans on here.

It's a more prestigious job, for one.

16 ppg with a legit OC/Tom Herman and we dominate everyone.

I agree. It's hard to unleash the D when the offense is horrible and not helping them out

Its a better job, in a better city, and he's lived there?

he has a contract. we just have to hope the new coach retains him. in fact, i'd like to see the new guy retain the whole defensive staff (coach O back as DL).

Aranda will be key in getting us the right guy here. Not a lot of defensive gurus running around out there... We need him. He stays.

Herman will go out west. Easier conference and he can make the playoffs easily.

Wouldn't be surprised if landed a middle of the pack guy. Maybe an NFL washout.

people need to take off the P&G glasses and realize that if the job comes open and they are not under the Haden haze anymore it's going to be damn hard to go one on one with USC for a coach.

Eventually he will take a HC job. If we lose him I hope it's soon rather than later.

USCw isn't firing their coach after 1 season. That dont really happen anywhere unless major scandal or infractions.

Our biggest competition is UT. God hope that strong can win a few games this year and they don't run him off.

If so, no way in hell can we lure him over Texas.

I'd like to know what he's thinking. Wisconsin is playing great Defense and he's here with this sticky spot.

Yes, I really wonder.
He had the Badger D loaded coming into this year and now he is richer, but involved in somewhat of a mess.

I am also wondering what his family thinks of the move. I heard they loved Madison.

Aranda is a Socal guy. I wonder if USC is on his radar....

All things considered the D has been stellar. I hope we can keep him
