You're an idiot bc a nc trumps and outweighs any meaningless bowl LSU goes to and in the long run hurts LSU getting players and competing with its biggest challenge on the field. Idiot

We've lost two games, they've lost one. If they make it all the way, they will have earned it. We get just as much talent as they do every year and that will never change, so, yes, I'd rather go to the fiesta, rose, or sugar than the chick fil a bowl. Go root for bama to lose..... I'll be watching lsu

I'm glad what happened yesterday. Oregon and kstate are not the 2 best teams. I want to see another Sec national title. If not is, then I hope Bama destroys ND.

Disagree. Bama can go drive off a steep cliff.

I still can't understand why people were pulling for KState and Oregon to lose. We have the absolute toughest road to get in the game, and Bama has the easiest. I hate Bama and would never pull for a situation that hands them a gift route to the NC. Stupid.

Let the damn season play out.

GT could (not too likely) beat UGA.

UGA could (actually more likely) then beat Bama.

Everyone ahead of us losing benefits us. So keep rooting for it. We just got 2 unheard of losses, and who knows what will happen.

Another Alabama championship hurts us worse than a win at a consolation bowl games helps us. That's the bottom line.

No....no they havent. We played a stretch that included at the time #10 UF, #3 USCe, #18 TAMU, #1 Bama, #21 MSSt. Currently 4/5 are in the top 10. All in a row. Bamas toughest stretch-State LSU TAMU. What do you know in the two games that they back to back that had a comparable coaching staff and talent they went 1-1. Its complete bullshite by the SEC and guess what-next year we get UGA and UF they get Kentucky and UT.

Don't let the gumps get to you. Deep down they know UGA is going to arse roll them. They have a glaring weakness in the secondary that will be exploited. And even if they finish its just again a popularity contest with no real substance on the field. Any of the top 16 teams can beat each other which is why we need a deep playoff. Until then, it's the MNC.

Nothing we can do about it. I'm not gonna sit around and cry about what's going on with bama. I care about what's happening with lsu

I want the best possible bowl match-up and experience for the kids who've played through another year of controversies and negative media attacks.

What happens to Bama is of no concern to me.

This is truth. Without a playoff and a corrupt polling system, the champion is never a true champion. As an lsu fan, if lsu ends up in sugar and wins; that means 11-2, Sugar Bowl win, and top 5 final ranking. I'll take it.

I'm rooting for UGA(if of course Bama beats Auburn), but it sucks that UGA lost 2 starting recievers. It should be a good game

To the people who think an Oregon loss helps us get to the Sugar Bowl:
Do you not realize that LSU had a BETTER chance to get to the Rose Bowl with an Oregon win?

I thought the BCS pandemonium would somehow benefit us ranking wise. Wasn't worth it. My bad fellas.

Oh yeah, because a 1-loss Oregon that lost in OT would fall below a 2-loss LSU makes sense.

The duck fans are no less intolerable... we just don't have as many to deal with. With that said... Go Georgia!

The rose bowl is one of the most protective and rigid organizations in football. Getting an invite from them is harder than the sugar bowl which is a better geographic fit.
