I'm still confused why people are surprised the team is playing like this. Last year's team won 2 SEC games..that's with Tasmin Mitchell. This year's squad already won two.

This is nothing shocking.

Anytime Chris Bass and Garret Green get substantial playing time, you have a team that is hosed. Stringer is learning to play PG, turner's coming off an injury, Malcolm White has been disappointing, Ludwig tries hard but he's not a great player just a bench/role player, Dotson has zero confidence, Derenbecket will be a very good ball player he's learning on the fly. Storm being hurt and Dennis Harris getting kicked off the team has really hurt us.

I think Coach TJ has to get rid of the dead weight, Bass and Green are really killing this team.

There is nothing positive about this LSU basketball program. Simple. We have a coach who has not recruited well. We have players that are not very good. We have fans that do not show up to the games. Nothing really positive. And the funny thing is nobody at LSU really cares. Football brings the bacon. You would think Joe Alleva would care...but I don't think he does. I am beyond caring anymore too. One day, these people will hire a coach who can sell the program and recruit players who can play Division 1. This season is over. face it. accept it. It ain't getting any better for a long while. Let Joe Alleva deal with the empty seats in the PMAC. you get what you pay for.

dude take off your purple & gold glasses and get real. there are over 300 division I basketball teams and we are probably the 220th best team... that's fricking pathetic for an SEC school

Do you remember the year before Trent got here? Looked what happened when he got here. Give the guy time to get his players in and coach these guys.

Joe Alleva was an AD at Duke, a basketball school, for 10 years, he'll get the problem fixed.

Duke basketball is on auto-pilot he probably never had to make one important decision regarding the bball team.

If we can beat Auburn again, we will have 50% more wins in the SEC than last year.
