That’s your own ignorance. People who follow sports knew about Caitlin Clark for a couple of years now. Angel Reese got all the attention down here, but she wasn’t even given respect by the media voting for SEC Player of the Year. Was she a finalist for the Naismith Award for National Player of the Year? No, Caitlin Clark won that. Media outside of Louisiana all said Angel padded stats against weak competition.
I’m sure for the 30 hours prior to the game the LSU coaching staff was motivating Reese to go out there and show the nation how great you are!
