Don't you know that Joe Brady was 100% responsible for everything that happened on offense including all the plays and player execution. Brady got a lifetime Powerball deal out of last season with the Tigers.
Now LSU is left with a burned out old former QB in charge and will revert back to the 2018-19 offense.

That’s not at all what he said. He said, “Myles Brennan has got the talent.” Those are two totally different statements. Why change that just to bolster your point?

I can’t understand how they keep ranking Georgia ahead of us in several polls when we whipped their arse the last 2 years.

They have recruited unbelievably the past 3-4 years and return a QB, that while he’s new to Georgia, has much more experience than Brennan. And they play in the East. If folks were picking a neutral site game between us and Georgia, of course we’d be getting more consideration. But they are picking who will finish higher, and everything considered, it’s not disrespectful to us to predict them to have a better season. Doesn’t mean it’s going to happen, but it’s probably a safer bet for anybody being objective.

I'm with you except for the oline. Bama has a better oline. Game will come down to Brennan vs Jones. I'm taking Brennan.

You'd be surprised at how many people outside of Baton Rouge believe this. We will find out soon enough if it's true. Most of my buddies who are Cowboys fans feel that Linehan was not a good hire by Orgeron, but then again he won't be calling the plays at LSU. If Marcel Brooks shows up in Waco, the media will say that it's because Pelini sucks and the guys don't like him. Get ready. We all know what's coming from the talking heads. It won't make what happened last season any less special or magical, but we'll hear a lot of talk about being a one-hit wonder.

Seriously though, has any team in recent memory been decimated at both the player and coaching level after winning the NC like we were?

This is what the future holds for LSU this season:

LSU beats Florida by 10 points and goes on to beat Alabama by 3 points and Auburn and Texas A&M by more than two touchdowns.

LSU 12-0 going in to the SEC Championship against Florida and beats them again by 3 points. LSU SEC Champion again.

Playoff:

LSU vs Ohio State
Clemson vs Alabama

Championship Game:
LSU vs Alabama

LSU beats Alabama by 7 points to win two back to back Championships.

When has LSU ever been overrated by media, we always have to claw to the top... I prefer it that way too. But meanwhile clempson will get to be 2 right behind bama with th weakest schedule

We did get hit hard from both player and coaching level for sure.
May not go to the playoffs but the team will be great to watch and is not going to lay over to anybody.

There’s a coach in this article who says he’s decent but it takes time to learn how to play in this league. I guess he isn’t aware that Brennan has been in our program for four years
I can kinda understand what he's saying, but how is it any different than what Trask did last year? Trask was a redshirt junior, who, as a sophomore, had 22 passes. The next year in less than 11 games he puts up over 2900 pass yards and 25 TDs to only 7 ints.

Also, the most laughable thing I saw is a coach saying that LSU is solid at receiver but Ja’Marr Chase is the only guy that you have to know where he is on the field at all times. That coach will be in for a very rude awakening when he sees Terrace Marshall this year.
yeah I peeped that too. I mean they act like Marshall isn't the most dangerous redzone threat in the country at receiver. He had 10 TDs in the redzone, TEN!!! Then with Gilbert at TE, McMath as WR 3, and two burners in Palmer and Boutte, it's pretty much a given that LSU has a top 3, if not the best, receiving corps in the country.

This is his 4 coordinator in 4 years, I don’t think it’s totally written in stone especially with the covid

It doesn’t matter until we beat Alabama again. We do that then we’re back in Atlanta. Same story since Pretty much 2011.

That's because most of your buddies are dumb and ignorant SOBs. As Linehan wasn't running his own offense in Dallas. He was running Jason Garrett's offense and as instructed to run it by Jason Garrett. The blame, therefore, goes to Garrett and not to Linehan. Only low-information dumb idiots blame Linehan.

Put down the crack pipe and look at our freaking roster going into 2020. We are freaking loaded to the gills.

Meanwhile, the loss of Joe Brady isn't that big of a deal as most of the media hype Brady got was complete and utter bullshite. As Brady got all of the media hype because Ensminger avoided the media spotlight like it was the plague.

We did get hit hard? Have you looked at LSU's projected roster going into 2020? LSU is loaded up to the gills going into the 2020 season!

Moreover, the coaching losses weren't that great because Ed O replaced them with better coaches. As Pelini is greater than Aranda and Linehan is greater than Brady.

If Marshall doesn’t break his foot, him and Chase both fighting for biletnikoff. Honestly probably would have hurt each other’s chances.

Give me a break. Ensminger has been Brennan's QB coach and OC since Matt Canada got run off. He also very successfully coached Joe Burrow for his two seasons at LSU.

Meanwhile, Brady never coached a QB in his life. However, Brady was a damn good wide receiver coach. As Brady brought some very innovative training techniques to LSU that have now been incorporated into the LSU routine.

Show me where Myles has proven himself on the field for an entire game.
