Never. We should never expect to win championships despite the fact that we're one of two schools with a top 3 NFL talent recruiting base and no in-state power 5 school to compete with, we have the best venue in college football, we have some of the best facilities in college football, and we're right in the middle of SEC country adjacent to Texas as if our recruiting advantages weren't already significant enough. And if you do think we should win championships you're crazy and unrealistic. And a bigot.

This would mean to be mediocre in college football, one should be at or around the 64th best team in college. Hell, I'll even spot you 15th spots in either direction, as there is likely to be some variance right around those margins.
By what merit should we judge "quality"? Wins and Losses seem fair enough?
