You can't ignore his 100+ rushing yards against A&M if you're going to throw his stats out. I'm not saying he played "stellar" but he had a pretty solid to good game.
And most importantly, we saw more imaginative playcalling and scheming in that game than pretty much every other game this season combined. This gives me some hope going into the bowl and the offseason.

rushing yardage for a QB with the stable of backs we have is lagniappe. It just is. What the QB does that we cant replicate with another unit is THROW THE BALL.
That's his unit's special ability, and we need it to be successful.
