You're crazy.

I'm excited to see what a packed Tiger Stadium sounds like with the South expansion.

I have a feeling there is going to be a real buzz in the stadium.

No, historic is:

Halloween night in 1959
Notre Dame in 1971
Ole Miss in 1972
USC in 1979
Florida State in 1982
Earthquake game in 1988
etc.

Sure as hell not Mississippi State in 2014

You forgot Flordia 07

Yep...it won't be a "game of the century" buzz, but there is definitely a hype in the air as basically the first big game post-expansion....people giving MissSt a chance is also contributing to create a big game feel....which ironically will probably mean MissSt has no chance (because people are getting pumped and DeathValley will be on full display at Defcon 2).

First SEC game in the new stadium. That in and of itself is an historic moment. Sorry you can't enjoy it with the rest of us.

People that act like TS empties out during a close SEC game are freakin idiots. Either they haven't been and think spouting about a Rant topic that gets a lot of play is cool or...well, no "or".... Just don't know what they're talking about.

by nothing different i mean it will be a typical big sec game. I don't see it being historic or bad. never said it empties. that was your assumption. I don't remember the opening of the East side being historic or memorable. I've never seen or heard anyone talk about it

Can't think right now but 2001 I'm sure there were a couple epic games in TS with Rohan and Reed.

We're sure the OP means "Historic" attendance wise. If not, then he's bored and delusional.

BTW, very few on this amusing athletic discussion board were even alive during all those above mentioned games

and most on this site will not be in TS tomorrow night ......
