I agree. Even if he kicked the guy in the head and commited a felony, let him go free. This happens all the time. So let this stuff blow over. After all, he is the star quarterback at LSU. He can't be fould guilty. S*** happens.

I hope JJ wasn't just standing around watching all of this happen, and when the guy hit the ground, ran up to him and kicked him and hauled arse. Yelling the whole time, I really kicked his arse didn't I.

JJ had to kick the guy. If he had thrown a punch, he would have missed and hit his own player.

c'mon man. i haven't heard anyone say that. just because some people think that the man should be proven guilty before being punished you accuse them of harboring a criminal? it's obvious you have made your mind up and it isn't evidence you've used; it must be prejudice. i'm not accusing you of being a racist because i have no evidence of that but you certainly have prejudged the situation. LSU football player; he must be guilty.

No, I think it is a sad day for LSU football if he is arrested.

No matter how hard you try to paint it otherwise, this is about JJ and the actions he CHOSE....nothing more.
No. It's not solely about Jefferson's actions. The police report suggests that the driver claimed he had and intended to use a deadly weapon. In addition, it's entirely possible that Lowery instigated the melee through his actions. Self-defense justifies even a second-degree battery.

You do not like that analysis?

If that's JJ on the video, then yes, that looks like what he did to me. Stood there, waited till the dude hit the ground and then ran up and kicked him in the head.
